The overall attendance at workshops was 94% and a participant feedback level of 4.5/5.

There was a 0,8 improvement in maturity across all practices form baseline to end of project. This is slightly on the low side - a 0.4 - 0.5 point per year improvement would typically be expected - but sound progress, nevertheless with the improvement in Curriculum Management being most encouraging.

These two examples are of districts where the project schools outperformed the control schools and maintained significantly better stability.

The majority of schools achievement average practice implementation levels of over 60% for all practices which were trained and coached. Only three schools ended up below this threshold.

The average assessment outcome for all 50 project schools were compared to the control group (non–participating) schools in the five Circuits. The % of learners achieving above 50% in Gr 3 & 6 combined for 2021-2024 improved by 4.2% in the project schools compared to 2.6% in the Control Schools.

Demonstrating the alignment between the management practice maturity at the 9 project schools and the assessment results – where practice maturity is higher, the assessment outcomes are higher and visa versa.
